Hello, I’m Naomi, founder of Deeply You Hypnotherapy.
I work with people who feel held back by low confidence, anxiety, self-doubt, overthinking, or negative subconscious patterns. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck — knowing logically they are capable, yet emotionally finding themselves repeating the same fears, behaviours, or beliefs.
At Deeply You Hypnotherapy, I provide a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where clients can begin to understand the deeper root of what’s holding them back and create meaningful, lasting change.
Using advanced hypnotherapy techniques, I help clients work at a deeper level to shift limiting beliefs, reduce emotional overwhelm, and build a stronger sense of self-worth and confidence.

My Story
Hypnotherapy & Me
My journey to become an advanced hypnotherapist started, as many do, with my personal experience as a client.
A few years ago, I found myself stuck in a cycle of obsession with my weight. You can read more about this in my blog but long story short, it was taking over my life. I had to do something to free my mind of the constant food and diet thoughts. So I reached out for help from a hypnotherapist.
To say it was life changing is no exaggeration. After a course of six sessions, my mind was clearer, my relationships with my body and food drastically changed and I felt free.
But having all that brain space back was the best bit! I started to remember who I was before this issue took over. I started doing things I loved again, having dreams and ambitions.
Training to become a hypnotherapist was one of those dreams and fast forward to today, here I am. Ready, willing and able to help as many people as possible to free themselves of the things that are keeping them stuck and help them rediscover the deepest, most authentic versions of themselves.
And while I love helping other people with similar struggles to mine, that's certainly not all I do.
